Are the beaches of Renesse open and accessible?
The beaches of Renesse are open and accessible. Swimming in the sea is also allowed. Everyone in the Netherlands, also on the beach and in the sea, must keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters from each other (unless they belong to the same household).
Mouth masks are not mandatory on the beach (or in the sea).
In the Netherlands, everyone from the age of 13 is obliged to wear a (non-medical) mouth mask in public transport and also it is mandatory to wear a mouth mask in shops, museums, stations, parking garages, petrol stations and other public indoor spaces.
Are shops, attractions, museums, theaters and other tourist spots still open?

Supermarkets are open and but need to follow the rules strictly.
Are restaurants, beach-pavilions, cafés and terraces open?
Will events in Renesse still take place as planned?
Festivals and other events are no longer allowed from October 14, 2020.

Furthermore, a night-time curfew has been imposed throughout the Netherlands as per 23 January. As a result, no one is allowed in the street without a valid reason between 9:00 pm and 4:30 am. The curfew will be in place through 9 February 2021.
