In the living room, you have a cozy sitting area, fireplace, television, DVD player, CD player, radio, books, and some games. The very spacious kitchen is equipped with a six-burner stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer combination, citrus juicer, grill, oven, dishwasher, and kettle. In the utility room, you will find a washing machine and dryer, as well as a simple shower room and a toilet.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed (box spring). One of these bedrooms has its own bathroom, equipped with a bath, shower, sink, and toilet. There is another separate toilet on the ground floor. There is also a cozy game room styled like an Irish Pub.
Via the first staircase to the first floor, there are three more bedrooms, the first of which has three single beds, and the other two are equipped with two single beds. All three have a sink. Via a separate staircase, you reach the sleeping loft, which is particularly popular with children; there you have eleven single beds and a sink. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
At the front of the sleeping loft, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a double sink. Outside, you have a unique covered and furnished terrace, a garden, and a sauna with a fitness room (available for a fee). At the back, there is a fenced furnished terrace.
