Museum Ouddorp

Museum Ouddorp covers the cultural and natural history of Ouddorp and the western tip of Goeree-Overflakkee. The small museum is housed in the Ouddorps Raad- en Polderhuis and run by volunteers.

What can you expect at Museum Ouddorp?

• The building: The museum is housed in the village's former town hall and polder house. Weddings are still held in the old council chamber on the first floor, and the library also has a branch here.
• Collection: Around ten display points tell the story of the village and its surroundings. There is an interactive touch table on the ground floor.
• Out and about: A cycle route passes historic places, and near Goedereede an information column tells of a Roman harbour and excavations.

• Opening hours: The collection can be seen on the days the building is open. Check the museum website for current hours.
• Partners: The museum works together with the Streekmuseum Goeree-Overflakkee.
